Frequently asked questions
The DSAN PerfectCue System allows presenters to control their presentations while providing both visual and audible feedback to the show caller or PowerPoint operator. Thanks to its long-range RF communication and integrated cue lights, it improves coordination between the presenter and the control room, reducing the risk of missed or premature slide changes during conferences, annual meetings, conventions and corporate events.
Unlike a conventional presentation remote that controls a single computer directly, the PerfectCue is designed specifically for professional event production. It can control multiple computers simultaneously, provide visual and audible cues to the control room, operate across multiple independent RF channels and integrate seamlessly into complex presentation workflows. These capabilities make it an industry-standard solution for high-profile events.
The PerfectCue operates on the 433.92 MHz RF band with 256 selectable channels. Under normal operating conditions, it provides a wireless range of up to 100 metres (300 ft) between the transmitter and receiver, ensuring reliable performance in auditoriums, convention centres, lecture halls and large event venues.
The PerfectCue is renowned for its reliability, ease of deployment and compatibility with professional presentation environments. It can control multiple synchronised computers, interconnect with additional PerfectCue systems and customise keyboard commands through the free DSAN Configuration Utility, making it a trusted solution for live events.
